Crew Compliance Administrator
Job Description Due to company expansion, my client is looking for a Crew Compliance Administrator in their Southampton office.

All applicants must live within commutable distance of Southampton and have the Right to Live & Work in the UK. 
  
Responsibilities:
Support the Senior HR & Compliance Manager in the day-to-day aspects of crew employment Monitoring of seafarer qualifications Ensure crew and vessels meet MLC employment requirements Provide administrative and compliance support with onboarding crew Regular monitoring and updating of yacht certifications Collect crew certificates and verify authenticity Managing documents Administrative support to the team in all areas of crew compliance relating to the employment and payroll of seafarers Requirements:
Experience within the maritime sector, particularly the Superyacht industry Knowledge of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC, 2006) An excellent communicator at all levels and the ability to liaise professionally with colleagues, Captains, Crew and Clients High degree of attention, excellent administrative skills and capable of checking / recording information accurately English speaking Proficiency in all Microsoft packages including word, excel, SharePoint, etc Desirable but not essential:
Ability to speak another language Previous experience in crew employment
