Your Role

As a crew Member you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to each of our guests while working as part of the service team. 

Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin Brands standardsProvide fast, friendly, and accurate service in accordance with the Six Steps of ServiceEncourage a positive work environment consistent with the Company valuesCleaning and general store maintenancePerforming food safety and product quality reviews as requiredFollow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
