RESPONSIBILITIES

Interact with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashionBe punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honestMaintain a neat and clean appearanceFollow food safety proceduresMaintain  safe working conditionsAnticipate and identify problems and help find solutionsFollow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and/or Wendy's manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 14 years oldHigh school or high school equivalency diploma preferredWillingness to work on your feet Up-beat and engaging personality Able to lift 20 to 50 pounds to waist level
