Job Title: Crew Member 

Reports To: Assistant Manager/Store Manager 

Job Summary: Crew members are responsible for delivering a great and friendly guest experience. Prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. Work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.  

Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities: 

Team Environment/Great Guest Experience 

Works well and interacts with others respectfully.  Responds positively to coaching and feedback. Communicates well with team members.  Able to learn and execute multiple tasks. Provides excellent guest service while executing the six steps of service with every guest.  Resolves guest issues respectively and in a timely manner. Follows brand standards, recipes and systems. Assists with truck deliveries and product placement.  Clean and organize service and eating areas. Including, mopping, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, sweeping and picking up trash on travel paths outdoors and shoveling snow. Reports to work as scheduled in a clean and complete uniform.  Flexibility for reassignment of location. It is mandatory for all employees to float to any of our locations as staffing needs change. This will be authorized by your Store Manager, or other management staff as deemed necessary. Assists with new crew training Completes required temperature logs, throwaways, etc… 

Profitability 

Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Handle POS transactions with payments and accuracy.  Running strictly on your own drawer at all times.  Knowledge of register functions and cash handling procedures.  Suggestive selling new marketing initiatives.  

Job Specifications 

Reliable, responsible and dependable Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges Proficient in English language Knowledge of mathematics and basic cash handling Physical activity requiring considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body for walking, stooping, balancing, lifting and handling of materials.
