As a Crew Member you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of daily operations activities at your assigned stations The following provides an overview of the basic responsibilities of a Crew Member; however, with each certification, you will be qualified and expected to provide additional service in one or more additional areas. As needed, you may be assigned other duties to meet restaurant and customer needs.

General Responsibilities:

Perform tasks to ensure your assigned position is ready to open/close and/or rush-ready.

Work with the Restaurant Management team to execute position and shift requirements and communicate with crew members and Team Trainers through ongoing communication including team huddles, manager meetings, etc.

Execute position tasks and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures to “Exceed Customer Expectations”.

Work with the Restaurant Management team to ensure quality, production, and service standards are met and to create a safe, efficient, and professional environment for customers and other employees.

Help execute appropriate shift-specific procedures according to DOP.

Follow up on VOC guest feedback as needed.

Use general restaurant equipment (warmer, fryer, grill, slicer, etc). Work a variety of positions: Runner/Line Coordinator, Order Taker/Dining Room, Grill, Fryer, Sandwiches, Drinks, Registers/Drive-thru, Prep, Opening and Closing Responsibilities.

What we expect from you Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred—valid work permit as required.

Must be willing to obtain and maintain valid food safety certification as required.

Restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience preferred

Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to take direction, give direction, work well in a team environment, and have a strong customer orientation focus. Must exhibit professionalism, composure, and discretion when expediting customers’ orders.

The working environment may involve noise and hot/cold temperatures or other elements. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. The position requires the use of a headset. Frequent lifting and carrying (up to 25-50 pounds, as necessary), reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and stooping are involved.
