Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour 

Position Summary

The Offerpad Crew Member/Handyman plays a crucial role in preparing properties for sale by providing a wide range of repair and renovation services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, appliance repair and removal, carpentry, drywall, electrical work, flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting, plumbing, pressure washing, and window and door maintenance. This role ensures all repairs are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.  

Essential Functions  

Perform general repairs and address issues with appliance repair and removal, light carpentry, drywall, electrical, flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling, painting, light plumbing, pressure washing, windows and doors.Handle renovation projects at multiple properties.Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention or repair.Maintain inventory of commonly used products and various tools and equipment.Prioritize and document repairs per policy and standard operating procedureMaintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Minimum Qualifications  

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a general handyman focusing on residential real estateAbility to use various hand/power tools and working knowledge and ability to repair issues with: carpentry, drywall, basic electrical, flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling, painting, basic plumbing, pressure washing, roofing and windows and doorsCandidates must have reliable transportation (truck or van preferred) and your own toolsMust be on time and at a specified residential location as assignedValid, current, unencumbered driver's license; Clean driving record with no major violationsAbility to effectively communicate with other employees both in person, written and via electronic channelsAble to work independently with little to no supervisionAttentive to detail
