Introduction As a Dunkin’ Crew Member, you are responsible for providing guests with exceptional customer service and prepare food and beverages all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This is accomplished in a fun and fast-paced environment surrounded by a team of people who take great pride in their work. Our team is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who are interested in joining us! _Hours Available_ : At least one weekend day mandatory, both a plus! All shifts are considered. Examples (but not limited to): 5am-1pm, 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-3pm, 9/10am-3pm, 2pm-6pm, 2pm-8pm Opening shifts are available after full training if interested! (3:30am) Responsibilities Include: + Follow all procedures related to cash, sanitation and food safety + Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers + Handling guest concerns in a professional manner + Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant + Maintain a clean and organized workstation + Follow speed of service standards + Prepare food and beverages according to guests requests + Assemble and package orders promptly and neatly + Organize and maintain stock following proper rotation methods Key Competencies + Comply with all brand and franchisee policies. + Willingness to learn and adapt to change + Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment + Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality + Demonstrates consistent punctuality and conduct + Remains honest and a positive attitude + Understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations Physical Demands/Working Conditions: + Standing on feet + Multitasking in a fast-paced environment + Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 50lbs **Company Introduction** Founded in 1950, Dunkin' is America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods.
