As a McDonald's Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering our world-famous food and outstanding customer service. Depending on your role, you will either be responsible for taking and delivering customer orders with a smile or preparing and assembling food orders quickly while maintaining high quality standards. You will be a key player in ensuring our guests have a positive and satisfying experience. Key Responsibilities: Service: + Customer Interaction: + Greet customers promptly and courteously. + Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. + Deliver food to customers in a fast and friendly manner. + Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive attitude. + Customer Service: + Maintain a welcoming and clean environment in the dining and service areas. + Ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a positive impression of McDonald's. Production: + Food Preparation: + Prepare and cook food items according to McDonald's recipes and standards. + Assemble and package food orders accurately and efficiently once they are placed. + Maintain food safety and quality standards at all times. + Efficiency: + Work quickly and efficiently to keep up with customer demand, especially during peak times. + Ensure all food items are prepared and assembled in a timely manner. General Responsibilities: + Team Collaboration: + Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. + Safety and Cleanliness: + Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean workspace. + Perform routine cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen and service areas tidy. Requirements: + Availability: + Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and holidays. + Skills and Attributes: + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. + Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Physical Requirements: + Ability to stand for extended periods. + Ability to lift and carry items up to 50pounds. + Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and kitchen equipment. Experience: + Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
