This comprehensive training system includes high\-fidelity flight simulators, part\-task trainers, and advanced training delivery solutions\. **THE WORK** As a Deputy Program Manager \(DPM\) for the CRH Training System, you will play a crucial role in supporting program execution on a Firm Fixed Price contract, ensuring we meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives while achieving corporate ROS \(sales, orders, EBIT\) commitments\. Your responsibilities will include: Managing program execution and delivery of training products and services to ensure program success\. Supporting program startup and execution, focusing on staffing, risk management, cost control, schedule adherence, and technical performance\. Collaborating with the Training Program Manager to identify program challenges and implement effective solutions\. Preparing and supporting executive reviews, providing key insights into program performance\. Serving as the primary interface with Sikorsky stakeholders and customer counterparts on all CRH training matters\.
