The Senior Business Manager role is essential for Cricket Wireless to maintain and enhance its Retail Delivery Platform. The combination of technical expertise, strategic planning, financial oversight, and effective communication will ensure the continuous improvement and success of the retail delivery processes. This role will significantly contribute to the company's ability to adapt to industry changes, meet stakeholder expectations, achieve business objectives, and continue to drive 85-90% of the revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage multiple large-scale projects under tight timelines with the ability to adapt to change when needed.Plan and coordinate infrastructure programs, manage roadmaps, and engage in strategic and tactical planning.Oversee financial aspects including financial modeling and analysis, business case preparation, budget management, and review.Generate or modify processes to support program needs, update documentation accordingly, and share changes with stakeholders.Make recommendations and decisions regarding tooling updates, changes, and purchases to support program needs.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance Retail experience.Conduct analysis and reporting, including metrics, scorecards, performance analysis, and gap identification.Define, design, and implement processes into the technical organization and facilitate change through consulting and collaboration.Communicate effectively to influence and inform executive leadership through written, spoken, and visual means.Develop strategies for areas of responsibility and manage operations for areas of shared program responsibility.Work across multiple internal and/or external organizations.Qualifications:
Senior-level experience in a technical organization.Thorough knowledge of technical organization processes, procedures, tools, applications, and systems.Strong business background to fully support the technical organization.Experience in internal processes, financial oversight, compliance/assurance, analysis/reporting, planning, resource management, communication, and quality management.Ability to create and manage policies, standards, and processes, and drive process improvement and transformation.Proficiency in financial modeling, business case preparation, and budget management.Strong communication skills, including the creation of leadership presentation material and event planning.Ability to oversee corporate-wide projects and perform Chief of Staff duties for a technical leader.Experience in quality management, including IT trouble lifecycle oversight, problem resolution activities, and recovery activities.Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Business. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
