Salary: Admin hourly rate: $18.00 | Job time hourly rate: $34.00 - $38.00, based on experience.

Driver’s license and a clean driving history required.

Crime Scene Cleaning Shop Manager

We are currently searching for a Shop Manager who is hardworking, compassionate, and has a strong desire to help families in need. While prior experience in construction, demolition, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. Aftermath provides comprehensive training and certification on safety and compliance, biohazard cleanup process and procedure, and customer service. We are committed to training our teams for success.

What you’ll do:

 

Direct leadership and development of Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies. Direct job site management and support of the Supervisor(s) and the Technician(s) in various biohazard remediation projects, including suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, and more. Responsible for shop operations, including but not limited to staffing, interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling. Facilitate community outreach to build brand awareness and establish strong local partnerships. Support Market Manager and Area Manager in daily operations and special projects as needed. Respond promptly to service calls, providing job site biohazard remediation services in various emergency situations.
