Stat. in 2007 to provide legal representation to indigent persons in criminal conflict cases where the Public Defender has a conflict or in cases where there are multiple co-defendants. The Regional Counsel Office, Fifth Region serves 4 judicial circuits and 13 counties, including Marion County. Criminal Defense Attorney- The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 5th District, is seeking full time criminal defense attorneys in our Melbourne, Brevard County Office. If you want to litigate high level felony cases, including murder cases, then this is the job for you. You will be in court daily practicing before judges and juries. The primary objective of the attorney is to litigate and provide the most effective representation possible to our indigent clients. Must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
