Job Description: + Perform operational intelligence analysis by providing direct, critical, front-line intelligence support to ongoing or continuing investigations. It is essential to have the ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources and determine the importance and limitations of each piece of information. + A Criminal Analyst Senior position will analyze cellphone data, financial records, computerized databases, open sources, and social media records to provide intelligence support to criminal investigations and to identify criminal activity; conducts cellular telephone analysis and mapping; will critically evaluate information, draw inferences, and apply logic to perform analysis; and accurately prepare written reports and communicate findings. Other Information: • The selected candidate must have passed a thorough background investigation conducted by Iowa Department of Public Safety investigators before a final letter of employment offer is delivered.
