**This position is Sign on Bonus eligible!**
**$3,500 for a 2 year commitment**
**$5000 for a 3 year commitment**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborates with Clin III to enhance staff retention, manage corrective actions, and oversee staff development and training.
+ Provides supervision and participates in case consultations.
+ Works on expanding walk-in/residential services and reducing overtime.
+ Identifies areas for improvement, collaborates with senior leadership, manages crises, and participates in high utilizer and building-wide meetings.
+ Engages in project and program analysis and quality initiatives.
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work with four years crisis experience.
Experience includes phone triage, as well as an in-depth knowledge and proven skill at doing psychiatric assessments.
Experience in mental health crisis intervention, case management, or in home therapy preferred.
Excellent, recovery-oriented interpersonal relations.
Licensure in social work or professional counseling is preferred.
**Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**
+ Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
+ Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC)
+ Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
+ Act 33 with renewal
+ Act 34 with renewal
+ Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
