Through the efforts of our outstanding people, we have become the trusted provider of exceptional, compassionate patient care for the many communities we serve.


The Rape Treatment Center provides comprehensive, free services for victims, including 24-hour emergency medical care, forensic services, crisis counseling and longer-term therapy, information about victims’ rights and options, and many other support services – all in a special private Clinic dedicated exclusively to sexual assault victim care 24 hours a day. All free of charge to patients.


In this role, you will help advance the vital mission of the UCLA Health Rape Treatment Center in order to bring justice and compassionate healing to victims. We are internationally recognized for our comprehensive services for victims of sexual assault and child sexual abuse, as well as our pioneering outreach and prevention education programs. With guidance and direction from the Director of Crisis Services, the Crisis Services Supervisor will help oversee the clinical and administrative management of our crisis counselor response program. This Supervisor role will have assigned responsibilities in the Sexual Assault Examination Clinic, include assisting with recruitment and training of on-call staff, individual supervision of assigned on-call counselors, and sharing of Administrator On-Call duties with our other department managers. The Crisis Services Supervisor will also provide adult individual and group psychotherapy, and other support services to children, adolescents and adults at the Rape Treatment Center.

Salary range: $76,200.00 – $158,800.00 Annual
