Job Summary: Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Tucson, AZ is responsible for coordination of care, treatment planning, service delivery, and case management of our placement preservation and crisis stabilization services. Formulates treatment plans, assessments, clinical impression and discharge planning. Provides support to individuals, families, placements to help stabilize behaviors and avoid disruption. Works closely with the Child/Family Team to identify supports needed to ensure stabilization and maintain stability successfully moving forward.
Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.90/hr based on related experience and education
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalency. Bachelors degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma at least four (4) years of full time behavioral health work experience; OR,Has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and a combination of education in a field related to behavioral health and full time behavioral health work experience totaling at least two (2) years; OR,Has as Associate's degree and at least two (2) years of full time behavioral health work experience; OR,Has a Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of full time behavioral health work experienceOTHER:
Must be at least 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)Must be available to attend two (2) weeks of new hire orientation (paid, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm) plus 2-3 weeks of on the job trainingDrug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative resultsPre-employment Physical and Job Demand AssessmentValid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history checkCurrent AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
