Responsibilities:

Maintain a warm, friendly and hospitable environment while answering questions, obtaining clinical information and documenting duties. Provide direct care to individuals and families in walk-in and structured residences using CSSP principles and a recovery model.  Offer supportive counseling with a person-centered, strength-based approach. Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.  Assist with ADLs, hygiene, and laundry. Use motivational interviewing in crisis settings.  Participate in staff meetings and maintain a safe therapeutic environment
