Unique opportunity to join Maryhaven, Central Ohio’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team! The Crisis Therapist will be responsible for assisting individuals who walk in to extended crisis hours Sun-Sat 5p-12a. The position is part time and the therapist would be on site and work 2-3 shifts per week. The therapist would complete a crisis assessment or diagnostic assessment and make recommendations for ongoing treatment. The therapist would develop a safety plan or treatment plan for youth and adults seeking services and facilitate connecting individuals to outpatient or inpatient treatment. 

Crisis Therapist (LSW, LPC, MFT) Requirements

Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of master’s degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field with one (1) year counseling experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment preferredBachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral healthcare field with two (2) years' experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment requiredValid state of Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of behavioral health required
