iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Your job, as Critical Materials Management Assistant within our Critical Materials Management (CMM) team, will be to work creatively within a transversal cross-functional team on projects connected to materials risk reduction like mono-sourcing risk reduction, standardization & rationalization or acceleration & agility of qualification.

Main responsibilities:

Support the site Critical Materials Management (CMM) Leader driving the CMM program on site by contributing to: risks identification, definition of remediation processes for the site, coordination of cross-functional technical, procurement, quality and supply teams.Identification of risks and re-evaluation of materials risks for accuracy related to the quality, technical, supply and market impact criteria.Prepare risk profiles and propose recommendations for risks reduction action plans on critical materials in collaboration with key stakeholders (MSAT, Quality, Planning, and Operation).Track execution of prioritized remediation action plan for the site.Consolidate remediation plans and progress by products, and prepare the quarterly communication of the performance of the program (Key Performance Indicator (KPI).Contribute to development of awareness and communication on CMM activities and stakes to operational and shop floor staff.Co-lead and drive global initiatives with key suppliers and global Sanofi production sites: organize and host regular meeting with suppliers to drive deliverables, collaborate with global sites to gather key process information, assist site’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing strategy to enable flexibility to supply constraints, coordinate and oversee validation studies, etc.

About you

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year full-time professional experience (internships included) related to this position.Experience on Materials and in pharmaceutical environment with diversified skills in quality, technical, supply and regulatory would be a great plus.

Soft and Technical skills:

Dynamic, agile, open person with good interpersonal relationship, and strong desire to learn new skills and explore new topics.Ability to integrate a large amount of information and to consolidate and synthetize information.Good MS Office, SAP and database systems skills.

Education:

Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Science (Chemistry/Physic/Biology/Biochemistry), or similar field.

Languages:

Fluent English.
