Some of your day:

Maintain 100% uptime for all data center systemsMonitor and maintain fire/life safety, HVAC, electrical, and hot water systemsAdjust and repair equipment as needed including but not limited to; Uninterruptable power switches (UPSs), generators, chillers, cooling towers, AC units, and a data center.Monitor building management systems and respond to alertsAnalyze and troubleshoot system issuesManage hazardous materials safelyLearn critical site operations and risk managementManage work orders, vendors, and customer ticketsFollow emergency escalation proceduresPerform additional duties as required

Who we are looking for:

Required

A high school diploma or GED4+ years of building engineering experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft SuiteThe ability to professionally interact with tenants and contractors.

Preferred

CMMS experience, Corrigo desired.Experience with critical systems, emergency generators, and switch gears.Experience working in a critical environment/data centerZendesk, Service Now, and MCIM / Salesforce Experience.

Physical Requirements:

Walking large, campus-like settings.Frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, stooping, and working/extending overhead, including:Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.Climbing stairs and navigating rooftops to access equipment.Using ladders up to 30 ft and working from heights.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. with on-call 24/7 for emergency response. (After-hours calls are rare, on average once per month).
