You'll maintain and optimize crucial HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems in facilities where failure is not an option. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, energy efficiency, and minimal downtime. Showcase your primary technical skill while expanding your knowledge across multiple disciplines. Here is some of what you will do:
Maintenance
Execute critical environment protocols and MOP processesPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systemsOperate and maintain HVAC, CRAC, electrical, and plumbing systemsMaster building automation, fire/life safety, and related equipmentConduct facility inspections and report on conditionsSafety
Complete hazard assessments and comply with safety proceduresIdentify and address potential safety hazardsMaintain compliance with local ordinances, codes, and lawsComplete all required safety trainingAdministrative
Manage P-card receipts and update work order status promptlyUtilize CMMS systems for work documentationPerform regular vehicle safety inspectionsEscalate issues to customers and management as neededAttend work and safety meetingsExecute additional tasks as assignedHere is who we are looking for:
Required
4+ years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of overall system design and applications.Universal EPA Certification (or within 90 days of employment)Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and ExcelStrong Customer Service and Interpersonal skillsPreferred
Experience working in Data Centers/ Critical environmentsTwo years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC, plumbing, or other craft skills.Physical work requirements and work conditions
Lift up to 80 lbsWork at heights up to 30 feetClimb, bend, kneel, stoop, and work overheadOperate in extreme temperaturesDrive for extended periodsClimb ladders with a 300 lb limit while carrying a 20 lb tool bagPay $36.05-43.27 hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. with an on-call shift rotation every 4-5 weeks which entails; Monday - Friday 3 p.m. - 12 a.m. and on-call for that week only.
