This includes maintaining functionality of the system, maintaining data structure and integration, ensuring data integrity, developing new functionality, and providing support to other Slate administrators and power users. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: + Technical operator of Technolutions Slate, serving as a subject matter expert in all things Slate + Develop, customize, and maintain the CRM system, including integrations with other systems and applications + Configure and customize Slate to meet the specific needs and workflows of different departments and users, including queries, forms, reports, workflows, and portals + Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement enhancements and new features + Ensure data integrity through, rules, automation, and auditing + Assist in maintaining user access and security + Develop and maintain data integration between Slate and other systems + Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to records, integration, and general system issues + Maintain documentation, including procedures, configuration, and architecture + Provide user support and training Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: + Experience with Technolutions Slate + HTML, CSS, and JavaScript + SQL and relational database concepts + Strong troubleshooting ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail + Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred Education Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field of study, or equivalent experience and training. Defined Contribution Plan Eligible employees are enrolled in the Defined Contribution Plan after two (2) years of full-time employment at Mercy University and receive a semi-monthly contribution from the College, based on age and salary. If an employee is under age 36, they will receive a contribution of 3.3% of their annual salary each pay period. If an employee is age 36 or older, they will receive a contribution of 9% of their annual salary each pay period.
