CRM Administrator and Service Delivery Lead

The University of Maine System is accepting applications for a CRM Administrator and Service Delivery Lead. The CRM Administrator and Service Delivery Lead position is responsible for working with key stakeholders at the campuses to implement, maintain, and optimize the system-wide Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud instance. The CRM Administrator and Service Delivery Lead will work with users across the system to provide scalable, long-term solutions by leveraging the features, functions, and best practices of the Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for making changes to the system, maintaining security and integrity, verifying data quality, providing user training and support, writing process documentation, and managing reports/dashboards. Additionally, this position will oversee and supervise a small team of analysts responsible for supporting the Salesforce and Marketing Cloud tools.
Salary: The starting wage for this position is $86,994 and is commensurate with the candidate's training, education, and experience.

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Three years of experience with enterprise systems administration and development in higher education environments.
• The following Salesforce Certifications: Platform App Builder; Administrator; and Platform Developer I.
