Our client in the Telecoms Industry is looking to hire a CRM Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Managing the quote process as well as flow of quotes in the office and between the salespeople
· Tracking the quotes
· Updating customers on the quotes
· Updating customer on ETA’s and deliveries
· Completing SBD documents for quotes
· Update internal sales systems
· ADHOC admin tasks
Requirements
· Senior Certificate (essential)
· Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
· Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate Level or higher – Excel important (Formulas, V Lookup, Pivots, Access, Office, Outlook)
· Access experience
· Strong interpersonal skills (with clients, suppliers, and team members), good relationship building characteristics
· Excellent customer communication skills
· Accurate and attention to detail
· Able to multi-task
· Organised
· Honest and reliable
· Punctual
· Perform well under pressure
· African Language preferable
· Well presentable
