Job DescriptionReporting to the CRM Senior Director, we are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. You'll will manage the execution and optimization of email marketing strategies focused on improving customer relationships, increasing customer loyalty, and maximizing the effectiveness of CRM campaigns. You will work with marketing, sales and technology teams to ensure campaigns are efficient and aligned with business objectives.
The work schedule of this role it's from Tuesday to Sunday, and is required to work on-site in our offices from Wednesday to Friday, being days off on Monday and Tuesday.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the SAP EMARSYS platform, creating UTM's, putting together the mockups of the emails to be sent through the CRM platform.Run and monitor CRM campaigns through the email marketing channel.Create, segment and personalize audiences based on customer behavior and their life cycle, aiming to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.Develop campaign performance reports using main KPIs (open rate, conversion, retention) and analyze the results to make continuous improvements.Work with design and technology teams to ensure that messages and graphic pieces are consistent and functional.Coordinate campaigns and workflows within the CRM platform to improve efficiency in campaign management.Collaborate in defining the CRM strategy based on data insights, to improve personalization and customer engagement.Manage deadlines and priorities on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of campaigns.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication or similar.3+ years experience in CRM campaign management, SAP EMARSYS, relationship marketing or similar areas.Knowledge of using CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Experience with data analysis tools to improve campaigns (Google Analytics, Power BI).Experienced in working with large volumes of data for campaign segmentation and personalization.Communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Basic design knowledge (HTML and CSS) to collaborate in the creation of personalized campaigns.
