Key responsibilities:
Crafting customer journey maps for direct marketing campaigns across all channels. Utilizing advanced segmentation techniques to drive customer growth strategies. Collaborating with creative teams to personalize customer experiences based on targeted data. Implementing rigorous quality assurance measures across all marketing initiatives. Managing the direct marketing calendar to optimize engagement and minimize opt-outs. Coordinating closely with business stakeholders to integrate customer communications into brand campaigns. Overseeing the setup and analysis of customer surveys to refine our marketing strategies. Reporting on campaign objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Guiding stakeholders on best practices to enhance customer engagement and behaviour understanding. Developing comprehensive documentation and roadmaps for direct marketing processes, A/B testing, and promotions. Maximizing sales through trigger campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle. Conducting A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive conversions. Ensuring all campaigns adhere to best practices and legal compliance. Identifying opportunities to expand our direct marketing reach and customer lists. Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in Marketing or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM, preferably within an online transactional environment. Proven track record in developing customer lifecycle programs and complex segmentation strategies. Familiarity with CRM tools, content management systems, and MS Office/G-Suite. Strong grasp of data management principles and governance. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. Detail-oriented with the ability to understand organizational objectives. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
