Position description:
Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven CRM Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will work closely with both central and regional teams to develop high-performing emails that meet our business objectives, with the number 1 focus of generating a high number of highly qualified marketing leads.
Key responsibilities:
Create and execute impactful email campaigns.
Create a highly engaging, expertly designed monthly email newsletter template, which has the flexibility to adapt to local regional goals and needs.
Develop and implement strategic email marketing campaigns to ensure we deliver on business objectives.
Work in close collaboration with our central marketing team to ensure our email campaigns are an excellent execution of brand guidelines.
Segment, personalize and nurture.
Take our email campaigns to the next level by segmenting the database based on audience needs and preferences.
Design and develop personalized email journeys for each of our segments, continually nurturing them towards booking a face-to-face meeting.
Implement a data “creep” strategy to ensure we are slowly building a deep data set to fuel our audience insight.
Track, measure and optimize.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization at both globally and locally level.
Stay updated with marketing trends, technologies and best practices to drive campaign innovation.
Project and stakeholder management
Manage relationships with external agencies, central and local teams, as well as data, web and insight teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution as well as continuous email performance refinement.
Work with multiple local teams to adapt global content to be relevant for each local market, and ensure local campaigns adhere to overall business strategy.
Communicate results and future improvements with key stakeholders.
Educate and inspire the whole global marketing on what “best in class” email marketing looks like.
Candidate profile
Required skills and experience:
4-5 years of proven experience in email marketing, campaign management and newsletter optimisation.
Strong understanding of email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, MQLs) and experience driving these metrics.
Excellent skills in A/B testing, database segmentation and personalisation strategies.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional writing, communication and organisational skills.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience of working in a global to local environment.
Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative email campaigns.
Passion for using digital marketing to make a positive impact.
Attention to detail and brand compliance.
Knowledge of data privacy laws.
Interest in exploring how AI could support and enhance the role.
