Through validation, curation and recommendation of promotions across all channels—be it web, app, extension, or email—we strive to ensure best of web value for our customers.  Now, we're seeking a CRM Coordinator to be a vital part in helping RetailMeNot consumers to save money everyday by bringing them the best online coupons, cash back and sales every day. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include using Braze, our email service provider, to execute daily campaigns in multiple channels, working cross-functionally with operations managers to maintain a marketing calendar and  marketing inventory, as well as providing insights and following market trends to predict the best deals to share with our users.  What You’ll DoCollaborate cross-functionally to maintain a marketing calendar and corresponding inventoryExecute CRM Marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including hands-on email builds using HTML and Liquid logic where applicable.Test/QA email & push campaigns for validity, grammar and user to merchant frictionFollow market and performance trends to strategize the best of the day deals and content to share with our usersCreate A/B testing plans to align with company OKRsReport on channel performance and A/B testing successesCoordinate and collaborate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns in a timely manner.  Who You AreYou are an engagement and retention champion, always advocating for the user and striving for best-in-class programming.You love shopping and have a keen understanding of the eCommerce landscape. Coupons, Cash Back, Secret Sales; the thrill of a good deal gets you pumped to share your savings success and add more money in your wallet for your next splurge.You have a Bachelor's Degree in communications or marketing-related field or equivalent job experienceYou have 1-2 years experience in email marketing, mobile marketing, and/or digital project management, including hands-on experience building emails.
