JOB SUMMARY:
The CRM Executive is responsible for the building and deployment of all email communication efforts to direct audiences for Celebrity Cruises in Australia and New Zealand. The CRM executive will work closely with the Global CRM team and other teams across the brand and market to ensure alignment and support of all commercial initiatives, leveraging global strategies and content, and localising for specific AUNZ needs.
This role is responsible for supporting the development & execution of the email calendar and audience targeting to ensure delivery of commercial KPIs. The build, execution and extension of automated and triggered email programs is a key responsibility, as well as bringing forward new ideas and technology to ensure continuous improvement. The CRM Executive will work closely with the North America CRM team to schedule, test, and provide analytical performance and reporting for AUNZ markets. Technical, analytical, and commitment to email best practices are a must to ensure commercial KPI’s are met.
Some of your duties include:
Manage all stages of consumer email marketing, including content development, audience selection, build & deployment of emails for Australia & New ZealandWorks with the AUNZ marketing team and Global creative team on the development of content (copywriting and graphic design) for emails that align to business promotions and brand guidelines
Develops scheduling, build, testing & deployment of all emails, including HTML technical development, building and coding of Salesforce tactical journeys
Work closely with the Digital & CRM Manager to implement the annual email communication plan in line with global commercial and marketing objectives, ensuring that the campaign, content, and cadence drives maximum incremental commercial results
Works day-to-day with the data analytics team, briefing campaigns, segmentation, testing and dynamic requirements for email campaigns
Supports email testing strategy and proactively leverages learnings to contribute new ways of working that optimizes email performance
Responsible for all QA and spam scoring, mobile first execution and rendering across browsers
Responsible for weekly and monthly email reporting and identifying key insights and trends to recommend optimizations based on those insights
Travel within Australia & New Zealand may be required. Travel overseas may also be required.
QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum 2+ years of email marketing experience (building, testing and sending emails via Salesforce or similar email platform preferred). Proven experience in working with a multi-location team & ideally within a global brand or business preferred Competence in HTML/CSS for email is preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Dreamweaver, Photoshop and/or Illustrator is preferred Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is preferred Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnelWHY WORK FOR US:
