CRM Salesforce - Developer

Summary:
 

Flowserve Corp is seeking a CRM Salesforce - Developer to join our IT Enterprise Customer Enablement team in DFW. 

As there is a higher demand for our products and services, we seek a talented Junior Salesforce Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team. 

 As a CRM Salesforce Developer, you are responsible for working with internal customers to understand their needs, identify the problem, and direct them to the proper solution or provide instructions for self-help. You will work with direction from the IT Manager on more complex tasks. You will be expected to implement technical solutions as part of business processes that follow best practices and support the integrity of the systems. 

The CRM Salesforce Developer will report to the IT Manager - CRM Solution Delivery; you will be part of delivering new solutions and configuring innovative Salesforce solutions, making contributions to exciting and high-functioning business and commercial operations teams.  

Responsibilities: 

Adhere to developing and testing the applications using best practices, quality, and security integrity. 

Provide support/troubleshooting to complex data. 

Solid understanding and hands-on experience of Salesforce administration, configuration, customization.

Solid understanding and hands-on experience in development within the Salesforce.com platform, following governor limits, security model, and performance. 

Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts. Documents may include detailed specifications, implementation guides, etc. 


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience.

Salesforce's certifications include Platform Developer and Salesforce Administrator. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate proficiency in developing apex batch jobs, SOQL, and other tools for data management. 

Understanding object-oriented concepts, application design principles, Salesforce best practices, and design patterns. 

Intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience in core web technologies, including HTML5, CSS#, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience developing in APEX, SF Lightning framework, including LWC, and automation using Flow. 

Experience with DevOps tools and Continues Delivery (CD) processes for Salesforce Deployment, including code migration tools CLI, Version Control, i.e., Git, BitBucket, etc.  

Detail-oriented individual who can rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Working collaboratively across multiple teams.



Preferred experience/skills:​

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred.
