CRM (Siebel) Digital Solution Architect

The Industry CRM Digital Solution Architect role is a senior position within the Oracle Communications Sales Consulting organization.  The role will be responsible for representing the CRM and digital channel capabilities of the Oracle Communications Digital Business Experience Solution.  Additionally, the position will be responsible for thought leadership and architecture in context of the entire Oracle solution, comprised of orchestration, inventory, billing, and charging. 

Oracle CRM and digital solution architects are strong presenters and facilitators, gaining customer acceptance through direct engagement. They are also experts in the industry CRM domain, with the ability to interact with business stakeholders as well as solution architects. 

Basic Requirements:

Communications Industry CRM expertise (Siebel CRM, Salesforce, Amdocs, Netcracker) Previous experience with Contact Center, B2B selling, order management, billing care Experience as pre-sales consultant and solution architect Excellent presentation and demonstration skills Availability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally

Preferred Requirements:

Siebel CRM expertise Deep functional and technical experience in the Communications vertical Digital channel experience  E2E solution architecture AI and Analytics experience, especially outcome-based experience
