Position Summary
The CRM Solution Architect will play a critical role in optimizing and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to support business growth and scalability. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring the architecture aligns with company goals while addressing technical debt and implementing best practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative CRM solutions, streamline workflows, and ensure the platform meets both current and future business needs.
What You’ll Do
Develop and Maintain CRM Architecture: Design and implement a scalable, future-ready architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365, addressing technical debt and aligning with business objectives.Establish Governance: Define and enforce best practices for CRM customizations, including fields, entities, workflows, and security models, ensuring consistency and compliance.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.Provide Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, contributing to hands-on development tasks such as plugin creation, integrations, and performance optimizations.Evaluate and Innovate: Continuously assess the platform’s suitability for evolving business needs and recommend enhancements or migrations to alternative CRM platforms if necessary.What You Bring
3-5 years of experience working with CRM platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.Expert knowledge of D365 customizations, including fields, entities, workflows, plugins, and security models.Strong understanding of CRM architecture and scalability, with the ability to evaluate platform suitability and recommend migrations if needed.Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant preferred.What You’ll Get

This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Remote work is not available for this position.
