The CRM Specialist is responsible for developing and executing all e-mail coding (automated and promotional), QA, deployment and email response analysis utilizing the outside e-mail service provider’s application tool. The CRM Specialist is also responsible for the segmentation strategy, cadence, sequencing of all SMS efforts.  This position also builds and deploys all communications surrounding Kirkland’s Loyalty program, K Club, based on the CRM team’s program growth approach.

Responsibilities Creates custom segmentation for each email as neededUploads and manages all assets within the email campaignsBuilds individual email campaigns for deployment (automated and promotional)Implements testing strategies throughout Kirkland’s email programDevelops and executes all HTML for each email campaign based off of the sliced Photoshop document, including tracking parameters and image link optimizationManages day to day testing, submission of edits, and approvals of email content as well as the segments for each campaignAssists with weekly email multi-channel response analysis and reporting including test version results utilizing service provider’s tool and customer marketing databaseEnsures that each campaign is correct prior to final deployment, requiring thorough attention to detail.Assist in CRM team’s ideation and design of Kirkland’s loyalty program, K Club Assist in determining loyalty communication cadence and segmentationCreates and monitors all automated and individual loyalty effortsSupport implementation of SMS marketing programProvide input, content ideas and copywriting for SMS sendsReports on SMS response analysis including test version resultsStrategizes SMS acquisitions and list retentionDemonstrates a committment to Kirkland's Values Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Fine & Applied Arts; Graphic Design; Communication Arts; Marketing; Business or a related field.
