Description CRM Specialist – Contract (3-6 months) – Onsite in Plano, TX We are seeking a CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our email, SMS, push, and direct mail campaigns. This role is a 3-6 month contract with the potential to convert to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience executing large-scale marketing campaigns and a strong background in marketing automation platforms. A Day in the Life: + Produce, segment, manage, and deliver timely campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail. + Develop and maintain campaign calendars, review content, target audiences, and set up campaigns. + Manage 4-5 email campaigns weekly, each reaching 1 million+ subscribers. + Collaborate with data teams to enhance automation and personalization strategies. + Evaluate and recommend new programs and process improvements. + Open and track all jobs with internal creative teams, CRM teams, and agencies. + Communicate new campaign details to key internal and external stakeholders. Requirements CRM Specialist – Contract (3-6 months) – Onsite in Plano, TX What You Bring: + 3-5 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns. + Hands-on experience with platforms like Zeta, Salesforce, SendGrid/Twilio, CheetahMail, SparkPost, or similar. + Experience with marketing automation platforms; SQL knowledge preferred. + Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—comfortable working with remote teams, gathering requirements, presenting results, and pulling data.
