The USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences has an immediate opening for a CRM Specialist and Admission Recruiter. The position will manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and will work with prospective graduate students throughout the admission process by recruiting, processing, and reviewing applications and enrolling students. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a member of a team, have strong presentation stills, strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Position summary:
Working closely with the Director of Enrollment Management, manage the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), using Liaison EMP to market, communicate and recruit prospective students.Work with the Director of Enrollment Management to strengthen recruitment and conversion plans and policies.Travel extensively, locally, and nationally, in support of recruitment goals.Conduct virtual and in-person outreach to prospective applicants.Counsel applicants on admission policies and procedures.Evaluates and offers solutions to applicant problems and requests regarding admission.Support the admissions committee in making admission decisions for graduate programs in accordance with admission guidelines.Communicate in person, by telephone and in writing with domestic and international applicants about status of admission applications.Assist with the management of social media including Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and online chats.Assist the Admissions Department with other related tasks.Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Previous experience recruiting domestic students in a college or university setting.Counseling skills and/or academic advisement experience.Customer Relationship Management experience preferred (including slate and/or salesforce).Strong technology background preferred.REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Please attach cover letter and resume
The hourly rate range for this position is $28.87 - $32.80.
