Description We have an exciting opportunity for a long-term contract CRM Support Specialist in Livonia, Michigan. This is a hybrid role with three days onsite and two days remote. As a CRM Support Specialist you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in ticketing support, data management, and data analytics to ensure operational improvements.
