We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM System Analyst to serve as a vital link between our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams and our technical teams. In this role, you will leverage your understanding of business operations to gather and document requirements, collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions, and ensure seamless functionality of our CRM systems. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting testing, performing basic system configurations, generating reports, and delivering demonstrations of new functionality. The position requires expertise in Salesforce.com and Gainsight, with additional involvement in Salesloft and Marketo. As a critical liaison, you will ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities, driving the effectiveness of our CRM systems. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is passionate about optimizing CRM systems to support business growth and success. This role is open to candidates that permanently reside within the United States and works from a remote home office. What you will be doing: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM systems. Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication. Create and provide detailed and effective documentation that translates business language into technical language. Develop creative visual enhancements for web applications, creating basic mockups to communicate concepts effectively. Focus on implementing project improvements within Salesforce.com and Gainsight systems, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Utilize a solid understanding of data workflows and principles, leveraging SQL to support system enhancements. Manage current tasks while simultaneously preparing for future work, including gathering requirements, creating documentation, and planning initiatives. Provide thorough feedback on active projects and perform testing to validate system enhancements. Proactively manage workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with: Bachelors Degree in Business or Technology preferred, or Associates’ Degree with relevant professional work experience Minimum of 2 years Salesforce.com Administration and 1 year Gainsight Administration experience required Minimum of 1 year SCRUM & Agile methodology and report & dashboard building experience Strong communication, project management and documentation skills Analytical mindset that thinks outside-of-the-box to find creative solutions Organized, self-directed, problem solver with attention to detail and multitasking skills Preferred Experience: 2 years of SQL experience 1 year of Alteryx experience 1 year of Tableau experience Why join McGraw Hill? The pay range for this position is between $50,000 - 65,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
