The CRNA provides anesthetic care in cooperation with the supervising physician, ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgery.

Responsibilities: Follow established policies and regulatory standards Administer anesthesia and related care in pre-anesthetic, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia phases Participate in Quality Improvement processes Teach and evaluate newly-hired CRNAs, GRNAs, and SRNAs Manage controlled substances per policy and guidelines
