Hazleton Surgery Center performs a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures.

 

 

Benefits

Per Diem/1099 rate: $200/hour

 

 

Opportunity Details  

Per diem | 8 hours per day  Hazleton Surgery CenterThe annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical)  Case mix: General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT, and Pediatric ENT  1-2 ORs daily    Medical direction of 1-2 CRNAs   EMR – paper charts  

 

Requirements

Active state license | DEA | State CDS  Board certification | Board eligible if in process  ACLS | PALS
