Per Diem rate: $150 per hour Medical professional liability insurance (W2 only) 

  

 

Details: 

Anesthesia Supervision model  >40,000 cases | >6,000 births | >40 anesthetizing locations  5 facilities: 30-minute commute time between all locations Methodist University Hospital  Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown  Methodist North Hospital  Methodist South Hospital  Methodist Olive Branch Hospital – Olive Branch, MS    General, Cardiac, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, Plastics, Obstetrical, NORA etc.  >40 anesthetizing locations ORs + OB + NORA (Cath Lab, and GI)

 

 

Requirements 

Active state license | DEA | State CDS  Board certification required.  ACLS | PALS | BLS
