Cross Award Manager

Amentum seeks a qualified, solutions and results-oriented candidate to serve as a **Cross Award Manager** in anticipation of an award.
**This position will be considered fully remote but must be able to accommodate the Eastern US time zone.**
**DUTIES:**
+ Strategically leads effort to ensure efficient and effective coordination with other USAID supply chain contractors.
+ Drives and manages organizational change in the pursuit service excellence. Plans, schedules, leads, and coordinates contract transition (phase-in) throughout the beginning stages of the contract.
+ Organize and manage employees, processes, and tools to incrementally assume supply chain responsibility from the current PSM contractor while implementing the contract solutions.
+ Communicates and coordinates with USAID, the incumbent contractor, and contractors to maximize information sharing while planning, prioritizing, and executing transition among the program's key stakeholders.
+ After the formal contract transition and throughout the contract term, the Cross Award Director leads the organization through continual process improvement initiatives and through timely and controlled transition Phase I-III toward USAID's journey to self-reliance.
+ Ensures the organization maintains a sharp focus on transition, change management, supply chain optimization, and sustainable performance.
+ Analyzes, evaluates, and implements continuous process improvement (CPI) initiatives.
+ Oversees training related to transition and organizational or process improvement in close coordination with the departments.
+ Perform other duties and special projects as required.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Five (5) years of experience in in leading functional excellence organizations, change management, organizational change management, business transformation or other similar roles.
+ Twelve (12) years of experience in management consulting and/or organizational management.
**Education:** Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s in Science (MSC) degree in a relevant field (preferably economics, organization psychology, or behavioral science)
**Language Skills:** Proficiency in written and oral English language.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Relevant experience with USAID-funded projects, public health projects, or supply chain management projects.
+ Proven experience in successfully leading multi- disciplinary teams on large engagements, complex projects using lean six sigma, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or similar approaches to analyze advantages and disadvantages of potential solutions, then design and facilitate impactful interventions.
