YOUR ROLE

The candidate will work directly and closely with Business Category Development Managers on performance tracking of the different categories (Lenses, Frames Sun & Vista, Instruments, new categories like wearables). He/she will work transversally in the team to structure and standardize business reporting, support in monthly routine and market & Business research. In particular, he/she will be in support for each of these different categories including the following accountabilities.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Analysis & Reporting – Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and reports that support business decisions. Candidate should also perform data sanity checks – ensuring coherence of collected figures – and the setting up/ regular update of performance tracking tools to be able to monitor performance of the different categories Process Optimization – Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement and support the implementation of efficiency-driven initiatives. Market & Business Research – Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and business performance to provide strategic recommendations.

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

Education – Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Analytical Skills – Strong ability to work with data, use Excel, and preferably knowledge of analytical tools (Power BI and Business Object are a plus). Proficient in PowerPoint. Attention to Detail – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy Communication & Collaboration – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work transversally and move around the organization (BI, Finance, local business and categories teams) Problem-Solving Ability – Strong analytical mindset, analyzing the problem to come up with different ways to address it and propose actionable insights Proficient in Italian and English
