Cross-MI Revenue Performance Partner

Join us and be part of something extraordinary. **Responsibilities and Impact:** The Cross-MI Revenue Performance Partner role will serve as an SME, enabling the entire MI Revenue team. Working directly with our senior leaders this role will align the needs of stakeholders and develop and execute strategic initiatives. By fostering strong relationships and collaborating across internal teams, this role will drive innovative solutions that optimize sales workflows and improve operational efficiency. The successful execution of these strategies will not only elevate client satisfaction but also contribute to S&P Global's overall revenue growth. This role offers executive-level exposure to S&P Global’s Market Intelligence business leaders and is critical to enabling revenue growth for the organization. + Collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and provide solutions to improve workflows and deliver results. + Deliver regular revenue and sales analysis to support business reviews and forecasts. + Develop and lead enablement initiatives that promote the adoption of tools and best practices. + Partner cross-functionally to provide data-led insights that drive efficiency and growth, collaborating with business line leadership teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. + Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and market trends, developing and leading change initiatives to maximize effectiveness in sales operations. + Stay on top of technology enhancements to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for commercial enablement, ensuring the team leverages the latest tools and innovations. **Compensation/Benefits Information:** (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $78,034 to $100,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
