THE JOB:
As a Crowd Control Specialist, you will act as a visual deterrent, intervene and respond to all levels of security and potential emergency needs including acts or threats of violence, emergencies, and life safety threats. 

THE STARTING RATE: $22.04

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, inside and out, using a bike or company vehicle

Keep an eye on alarm systems and surveillance cameras

Provide great service to guests and employees, addressing complaints or issues

Respond to emergencies as a first responder

Handle gaming transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chips

Write daily reports about property damage, theft, accidents, or unusual events

Act as a dispatcher to communicate information or emergencies to the right people

Provide first aid and follow injury reporting protocols

Assist in emergencies by securing the scene, alerting others, calling emergency responders, and helping with evacuations

Complete mandatory training in legal procedures, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED as part of the job

Stay skilled in using all assigned equipment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School diploma, GED or other educational certification

One (1) year of customer service experience

Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting

Takes pride in their work

Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

Describes themselves as detail-oriented

Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

Can handle multiple tasks at one time
