CRP CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ONE SUPPLY CHAIN - (CINCINNATI, OH)
This position reports to Garrett Erstad, Manager-VMI-CO.
Relocation is not eligible for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires the willingness to work a schedule that meets customer and department business needs. This may include coming in early or staying late as well as holidays such as the day after Thanksgiving.
Coordinating the process of replenishment forecasting, inventory management, purchase order preparation, distribution planning, and customer services for continuous replenishment customers within CPS. The replenishment planning customer service representative will be responsible for continuous replenishment, replenishment analysis, and planning customer inventory levels based on predetermined goals. Ability to, on a rare occasion, travel to customer locations for training purposes.QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience navigating through and creating large, in depth spreadsheets with complex formulas. Demonstrated dependability due to transactional customer service requirements for this position. Ability to initiate appropriate action independently and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to handle a significant amount of detail work accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Detail focused, highly developed and demonstrated organizational ability. Proven ability to learn and use custom software applications. Demonstrated ability to work and succeed in a team environment.Preferred

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $21.75 - $30.45 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
