**Job Title:** Crystal Growth Technician **Location:** Rockford, TN **Pay Range:** 24/hr **Shift** : 7a-330p, Weekends a must **What’s the Job?** + Build and operate RF furnaces and simple electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication. + Grow crystals used in imaging equipment, ensuring quality and accuracy. + Mix raw materials to a specified mixture as per process requirements. + Monitor various crystal growth processes to ensure consistency and product quality. + Maintain accurate records of all processing steps, both on paper and in a database. **What’s Needed?** + High School Degree (HS Degree) required. + Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. + Comfortable working in a hot environment. + Experience in a product-oriented, technical-industrial environment. + Good PC skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Ability to follow process MPI documentation and safety procedures. + Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex instrumentation. + Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. + Good communication skills and computer proficiency. **What’s in it for me?** + Competitive pay and benefits package. + Opportunity for career development with Healthineers. + Experience in a high-tech, dynamic work environment. + Weekly Pay, Medical & Dental Benefits, 401K + Potential for long-term career growth within the organization.
