The CS&D Tech Lead is the overall tech leader for CS&D who will provide standards to CS&D teams, monitor technical practices, coach teams and work on assigned projects as needed to resolve issues, reduce risk, etc.

15+ years of experience doing hands-on software development10+ years of experience coaching and improving technical teams and developing individuals5+ years of experience as software manager leading mid-sized and above enterprise-wide software projects5+ years of experience defining mid-sized and above enterprise solutionsExperience defining and implementing DevSecOps environmentsExperience doing data management and defining data architectureExperience leading technical efforts associated with pursuing new businessExperience setting, implementing and monitoring technical standards at team, project, program and enterprise levelsExperience reviewing output of projects and teams along with experience making adjustments as needed to align effort to objectivesPreferred (if applicable):
