《役割について》

定量調査プロジェクトのオペレーションを担当し、国内外のスタッフ・サプライヤーと連携しながらプロジェクトのスムーズな進行を支えるエントリーポジション。主な責務は、プロジェクトをスケジュールに沿って効率的に遂行し、クライアントの意思決定、及びビジネスに意味のある影響を与え貢献することです。適切な手法の選択、調査設計の最適化、クオリティチェックの実施、必要に応じてオートメーションやテクノロジーの適切な利用も行います。

《担当業務》

Project Execution

定量調査のワークフロー全体を通して一連のタスクを遂行し、正確なデータを提供する担当プロジェクトのスケジュールを作成し、進捗管理を行う。円滑なプロジェクト遂行のため、国内外の社内リソース、及びサプライヤーと調整、管理を行う。効率化の余地があるか見極め、専門チームと連携し、作業の自動化など施策の提案、実装を行う。状況に応じて適切な報告を行う。

Commercial Acumen

担当プロジェクトの財政面での予実管理を行う。《必要なスキル/経験》社会人経験1年以上ITリテラシー(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlookなど)日本語:ネイティブレベル、もしくは流暢であること英語:筆記はビジネスレベル。海外拠点のスタッフとのコミュニケーションがあるため、英語でのやりとりに抵抗がない方スケジュールに沿って、テンポの速い環境で仕事ができる/マルチタスクができる細部まで注意を払うことができるプロジェクトマネジメント、プロセス改善、業務効率化に関するスキル/経験があれば尚可定量データの集計/分析に関するスキル/経験があれば尚可マーケティングリサーチ、マーケティング、コンサルティング、情報サービス、データベース開発または関連部署での経験があれば尚可SQL, Python, BIツール(Power BIなど)、生成AIを業務で活用した経験があれば尚可《求める人物像》課題解決にむけて粘り強く、かつ自発的に行動できる方地道な作業、細かな作業でも根気強く取り組み、責任感を持って最後までやり遂げることができる方数値データを確認し、そこから何が言えるか考えることができる方知的好奇心が旺盛で、新たなツール・テクノロジー・製品・サービス・トレンドに関心を持てる方チームとして動き、チームでの目標達成に喜びを感じられる方同僚、クライアント、サプライヤーとのコミュニケーションを楽しみ、必要な調整、折衝を行える方自己学習力がある方、Kantarのツールやソリューションを積極的に学ぶ意欲がある方

Kantar is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a CS Operations Quant, Associate. This entry-level role in our Tokyo office offers an outstanding opportunity to work with world-class experts and innovative technology in the field of quantitative research. You will contribute to the flawless execution of our projects, ensuring our clients' success and making a significant impact on their decision-making processes.

Project ExecutionConduct a series of tasks throughout the quantitative research workflow to provide accurate data.Develop a detailed project schedule to monitor and track progress.Manage and coordinate internal resources and suppliers for the smooth execution of projects.Determine if there is room for efficiency improvement and propose/implement measures such as automation of work in collaboration with specialized teams.

Reporting and advancing to your manager as neededManage the financial aspects of the assigned projects proactively, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and timelines.Report any issues or potential delays to your manager promptly to ensure flawless project execution.

1+ years of working experienceDemonstrated IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking to ensure timely delivery.

Native or fluent in JapaneseBusiness-level English proficiency, as there will be communication with overseas colleagues.

Ability to give attention to detailsExperience in project management, process improvement, or work efficiency improvement is highly desirable.

Experience in quantitative data tabulation/analysis is a plusExperience in marketing research, marketing, consulting, information services, database development, or related departments is a plus.Familiarity with SQL, Python, Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, and generative AI is advantageous.

Able to enjoy communicating, coordinating and negotiating with colleagues/suppliers/clientsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Self-learner with a proactive attitude towards learning about Kantar tools and solutions.
