《役割について》

定量調査プロジェクトのオペレーションを主に担当し、国内外のスタッフ・サプライヤーと連携しながらプロジェクトを円滑に運営するポジションです。主な責務は、プロジェクトをスケジュールに沿って効率的に遂行し正確なデータを提供することで、クライアントの意思決定、及びビジネスに意味のある影響を与え貢献することです。適切な手法の選択、調査設計の最適化、クオリティチェックの実施、必要に応じてオートメーションやテクノロジーの適切な利用も行います。

《担当業務》

Project Execution

定量調査のワークフロー全体を通して一連のタスクを遂行し、正確なデータを提供する担当プロジェクトのスケジュールを作成し、進捗管理を行う。円滑なプロジェクト遂行のため、国内外の社内リソース、及びサプライヤーと調整、管理を行う。効率化の余地があるか見極め、専門チームと連携し、作業の自動化など施策の提案、実装を行う。状況に応じて適切な報告を行う。

Commercial Acumen

担当プロジェクトの財政面での予実管理を行う。《必要なスキル/経験》社会人経験3年以上ITリテラシー(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlookなど)日本語:ネイティブレベル、もしくは流暢であること英語:筆記はビジネスレベル。海外拠点のスタッフとのコミュニケーションがあるため、英語でのやりとりに抵抗がない方スケジュールに沿って、テンポの速い環境で仕事ができる/マルチタスクができる細部まで注意を払うことができるプロジェクトマネジメント、プロセス改善、業務効率化に関するスキル/経験があれば尚可定量データの集計/分析に関するスキル/経験があれば尚可マーケティングリサーチ、マーケティング、コンサルティング、イベント運営、データベース開発または関連部署での経験があれば尚可SQL, Python, BIツール(Power BIなど)、生成AIを業務で活用した経験があれば尚可《求める人物像》課題解決にむけて粘り強く、かつ自発的に行動できる方地道な作業、細かな作業でも根気強く取り組み、責任感を持って最後までやり遂げることができる方数値データを確認し、そこから何が言えるか考えることができる方知的好奇心が旺盛で、新たなツール・テクノロジー・製品・サービス・トレンドに関心を持てる方チームとして動き、チームでの目標達成に喜びを感じられる方同僚、クライアント、サプライヤーとのコミュニケーションを楽しみ、必要な調整、折衝を行える方自己学習力がある方、Kantarのツールやソリューションを積極的に学ぶ意欲がある方

【Role overview】

This position is primarily responsible for the operations of quantitative research projects, working with domestic and overseas colleagues/suppliers to ensure smooth project management. The position contributes to the client's decision making and meaningful impact on their business by efficiently executing projects on schedule and providing accurate data. The role includes selecting appropriate methodologies, optimizing survey design, conducting quality checks, and making appropriate use of automation and technology as needed.
