Mission/Position Headline:
Support to establish and maintain an effective QMS with mandatory processes in alignment with the SHS Quality policy. Facilitate continuous improvement for CS processes. Identification and communication of QM-specific service requirements; creates transparency of the status of the QMS. Drive One Quality Voice and ensure strategic alignment. Contribute to improve customer satisfaction both external and internal.
Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the Process & Information training assignment and maintain in Learn4U tool, and regular review employee's training plan together with process managers.
2. Coach and monitor CAPA implementation.
3. Conduct internal audits for both CS headquarters processes and suppliers.
4. Support the Project Quality Management of CS projects.
5. Perform Supplier Quality evaluations .
6. Support in analyzing CS processes, identifying potential risk areas, and facilitating corrective actions to enhance process improvement.
Education and Experience:At least 2 year of operational responsibilities in healthcare industry.At least 3 years solid experience in quality and process management.Master degree in a technical or medical natural science discipline; technical understanding a pre-requisite.ISO 13485 auditor or equivalent certification International study and work experience prefered.
